"Founding philosophy" has created by Mr.Toshio Kikuchi, the founder, when he has founded Ro-son(it means to respect working in Japan) on April 1, 1947 at Shimo-Renjaku, Mitaka, Tokyok, based on his philosophy that the dream of enterprise has mission to fulfill creating paradise for all associates.

Company motto

Have a sense of mission - you work for nobody but for yourself

This motto has been created on November 1969 by the founder Mr. Toshio Kikuchi.
He has expressed his know-how obtained in 20years management in essential short words in the motto.
The spirits is followed by all staffs even now.
