We provide to customers the packaged technologies of "press processing, design and manufacturing of tooling/fixture, and welding technologies" as high production system technologies. We responsibly support our customers with our full range of services, including plant layout, installation, and follow-through services.

Press forming simulation

We offer to customers proposals of optimum part shapes by designing processing steps from the stand-point of expert manufacturers of auto body components that are designed through the use of various forming simulations, such as a forming simulation of high-tensile strength steel sheets of a scale of 100 kg.

Tooling design and production

Recent press dies for high-tensile strength steel sheets have underjone automated solid design by our automated die design. Optimum dies have been designed and manufactured by using a die strength simulation. Thus, dies whose quality are assured by the inspection by a non-contact instrument are provided to customers in domestic and overseas markets.

Non-contact three-dimensional measuring technology

We perform consistent and integrated accuracy control for tooling production of auto body frame components with complex curved surfaces in the range from die production to shipping inspection by three-dimensional instruments.

Reverse engineering technology

Reverse engineering technology is becoming widely used to minimize the start-up preparation periods for new models when new technologies are adopted.
Currently, there are dies that are used to produce three-dimensional copies of production facilities toward the simultaneous rise of world cars around the globe and dies that have been damaged through use in mass production. A technology that automatically recovers such dies in shape by NC processing machines is being practically applied.
